.Booking received by the31st of March and paid in full, will
receive a 15% discount.If the booking is more than 7 nights, then it
will receive an extra
5% discount
.Please note, the reservation must be paid in
full at the time of booking in order to receive those discounts.
. If reservation is for over 7 nights,it will receive a 10%
discount.This offer can not be used with the 15% discount mentioned
above.

Rates are quoted in Euro per night for 2 guests.
Above rates include:
American Sunlight breakfast.
Wine,fruits and homemade sweets upon arrival.
Daily maid service, change towels and sheets every day.
Bathrobes, slippers, pool and beach towels and other comfort
amenities.
Use of the nearby pool ( 3 minute walk )
All taxes.
Cancellation Policy
No penalty for cancellations 31 days or more before confirmed arrival
21-30 days prior to arrival, results in 25% of cost of stay
15-20 days prior to arrival, results in 50% of cost of stay
7-14 days prior to arrival, results in 75% of cost of stay
0-6 days prior to arrival, results in 100% of cost of stay
No show or departure prior to the schedule date results in 100% of cost of stay
